Gary Shelton, DVM 1985 graduate University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Shelton
has pet horses, dogs, and chickens on his Elkton farm. Dr Shelton is on the board of the St Johns County Horse Council. He
is also a founding partner in SARVEC (ST Augustine Regional Veterinary Emergency Center) on US 1 across from the Ponce De
Leon Mall. He enjoys trail riding on his horse Casey. He has a special interest in small animal surgery, especially orthopedics.
Jeff Laraway, DVM 1990 graduate University of Florida College of Veterinary
Medicine. Dr Jeff is married with 4 daughters and several dogs and cats.Dr Jeff has been at our Interlachen
office for over 20 years and is active in Putnam County animal care and service.

Allison Lockwood, DVM
Dr Lockwood is a 2009 graduate of Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. In veterinary
school, Dr Lockwood focused her studies on horses, dogs, and cats and she received additional training in equine medicine
through extenships in lameness, dentistry, and reproduction. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Dr Lockwood is happy to be back
in the warm weather of the south after 4 years in Indiana.

Andrea Kaser, DVM
Dr Kaser graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University
in 2006. Before coming to Shelton Veterinary Clinics, Dr Kaser spent 4 years at a mixed animal practice in Citrus County,
Florida. Dr Kaser is a native New Yorker and currently lives with her husband, Greg, in Palm Coast. She works with dogs, cats,
horses, and exotics. Dr Kaser's interests include internal medicine, ultrasound, endoscopy, and laser surgery. She loves
challenging cases and always places her patients well-being first.
Kristin Kultgen-Dominguez,
DVM
Dr Kristin is a Wisconsin graduate of veterinary medicine. She has been practicing primarily equine medicine
and surgery in Wisconsin for the last 5 years. Dr Kristin lives in Flagler County with her husband, her dogs, and her horse.
She enjoys trail riding in the area. She works primarily in our Bunnell office.
Jessica O'Connor,
DVM
Dr Jessica is a University of Florida graduate of veterinary medicine. She is also certified in accupuncture.
Dr Jessica grew up showing horses and brings a wide range of modalities to diagnose and treat dogs, cats, and horses. She
works primarily in the field and the Elkton office.
Kristin "Mandy" Trotter, DVM
Dr
Mandy is a graduate of Ross University and is a native of Lake City. Dr Mandy also enjoys equine and small animal medicine
and surgery. She works primaril in the Bunnell office.
